My history of success in leading Account and Customer Service Management is directly related to my ability to maintain business relationships and foster customer loyalty. I’m an expert at managing client satisfaction and training teams to achieve demanding service goals. I left a corporate job of over 23 years as a National Account & Customer Service Manager to fulfill my dreams of owning my own salon and makeup studio.

I capitalize on my superior customer service experience as well as sales and marketing knowledge to make my salon and makeup studio the best in the Bristol area. Located in the heart of downtown Bristol, this is the perfect place for an upscale salon to thrive. My goal is to empower women to be their absolute best by treating them like royalty in the salon and employing superior stylists to make them look their best while being their best.

While others take pride in meeting all standards set before them, my passion is for delivering service that goes beyond customer expectations, and creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

Her passion lies in enhancing the beauty and confidence of every client she serves. She is particularly renowned for her expertise in gel and acrylic nail services, boasting the latest nail designs and offering indulgent spa pedicures. Amy boasts an extensive professional background in the hairstyling industry, which positions her as a highly accomplished stylist, widely regarded for her exceptional skills.
